The Bělohlávek law offices were founded in 1994, since when they have provided legal advice and representation in matters of Czech and international law, above all in the following spheres:

banking, insurance and foreign exchange law,

As regards areas in which we are not active, the company can offer legal services by means of cooperating specialised lawyers operating both in the Czech Republic and abroad (e.g. in matters of criminal law, etc.). The law office closely cooperates with tax and accounting advisors, auditors, notaries, and experts in individual specialist spheres.

The provision of legal services and appearing before the Bar in the Czech Republic is subject to the terms of Act 85/1996 Coll. as amended. The performance of such activities is bound to membership of a professional chamber, in this case the Czech Bar Association.
