A prestigious publication on private international law and civil procedure has been published in Moscow with the contribution of professor Bělohlávek.

A prestigious publication – Liber Amicorum – has been published in Moscow, in honour of a private international law icon, Prof. N. I. Marysheva (“Current Issues in Private International Law and International Civil Procedure: Liber Amicorum in Honour of an Eminent Scientist of the Russian Federation, N. I. Marysheva”, original title: «Актуальные проблемы международного частного права и международного гражданского процесса: liber amicorum в честь заслуженного деятеля науки РФ Н.И.Марышевой»). Professor Bělohlávek, managing partner of our law firm, had the opportunity to contribute to this publication with his article entitled “Recognition of decisions to open insolvency proceedings under EU law: The universal effects of the decision to open main insolvency proceedings in EU Member States“ (original title: “Признание решений о возбуждении производства по делу о несостоятельности в соответствии с правом ЕС: универсальное действие решения о возбуждении основного производства по делу о несостоятельности в государствах-членах ЕС”).
