Professor Dr. Alexander Bělohlávek, the Managing partner of our law firm, delivered his speach as Vice-Chairman of PRIAC – International Arbitration Court at the Czech-Moravian Commodity Exchange on 23 November 2023 at the traditional PRIAC DAY 2023 Conference in Prague. Information with a summary of professor Belohlavek´s presentation, as well as with an annotation of the speeches of other participants was also published by the important Czech server – periodical published by the Czech Bar Association „Advokátní deník“ [„Bar Daily“] in the article of 12 Dezemberr 2023. In his presentation, Professor Bělohlávek focused on the international activities of PRIAC, including strategic partnership agreements with major foreign arbitration institutions, as well as on current issues in the practice of arbitration in an international extent.
