On 14 November 2022 professor Alexander J. Bělohlávek was elected as one of the Directors and Member of Board of IWHAAM – International and Western Hemisphere Arbitration Adjudication and Mediation Centre, a major arbitral institution seated in Nassau / Bahamas. IWHAAM will be often called as „Tiger of Bahamas“ in arbitration from the perspective of North, Central and South America.
