The renowned Polish journal “Co do zasady: Studia i analizy prawne” (“In Principle: Academic Studies and Legal Analysis” in English) has published an interview with Prof. Bělohlávek. The interview focused primarily on current issues and trends in international arbitration, the importance of this method of dispute resolution, the qualification of arbitrators, the advantages of litigation over arbitration and vice versa, the importance of practising lawyers’ academic background for the client, etc.
