Professor Alexander Bělohlávek, managing partner of our law firm, has been the editor in-chief of the renowned CYIL – The Czech Yearbook of International Law® for more than 12 years, together with his co-editor, professor Dr. iur. Naděžda Rozehnalová, CSc. from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic). The publisher of the yearbook, Lex Lata B.V., a Dutch publishing house in The Hague, has in the meantime also announced the key topic for the XIIIth edition of the CYIL (2022). The forthcoming topics are thus Immunities and Privileges for the XIIth edition (2021) and International Justice and International Enforcement for the XIIIth edition (2022).
