On 4 and 5 September 2023 the Law offices Bělohlávek could welcome in Prague a group of colleagues from Kazakhstan, in particular of international arbitrators and scholars and specialists representing an important Kazakh arbitral institution “Kazakh International Arbitration” and also the Institute of Private Law of the Caspian University from Almaty. The Law offices Bělohlávek organized an intensive two-days
schedule and exchange of experience supporting the preparation and drafting of new Kazakh law on private international law and investment protection. A part of the schedule was also a series of meetings with recognized Czech experts as well as visit to the department of investment protection of the Ministry of Finance of the CzechRepublic.
