Professor Alexander Bělohlávek, managing partner of our law firm, has been the editor in-chief of the renowned CYArb® – Czech (& Central European) Yearbook of Arbitration® for more than eleven years, together with his co-editor, professor Dr. iur. Naděžda Rozehnalová, CSc. from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University (Brno, Czech Republic). The publisher of the yearbook, Lex Lata B.V., a Dutch publishing house in The Hague, has in the meantime also announced the key topics for the next two volumes. The forthcoming topics are thus Jurisdiction of Arbitral Tribunals for the XIIth edition (2022) and Public Interest in Arbitration for the XIIIth edition (2023).
