The new Fourteenth Edition of the CYIL – The Czech Yearbook of International Law® has been released. The 2023 edition is devoted to “Limits to Enforcement of National Interests”. As in the past seven years, the publisher of the Fourteenth Edition is again the Dutch publishing house, Lex Lata B.V. (www.lexlata.pro). The co-editor-in-chief of this year’s edition (and of all previous editions) and the masterminds behind the project, together with professor Alexander J. Bělohlávek, is professor Naděžda Rozehnalová from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno (Czech Republic). All articles in the CYIL 2023 are again traditionally published in English and accompanied by annotations in English, Czech, German, French, Spanish, Russian and Polish.
