Professor Alexander J. Bělohlávek delivered on 26 June 2020 his speach at the this year´s traditional arbitration conference organized by the Arbitral Institution attached to the Economic Chamber in Nowy Tomyśl (Poland). The conference was dedicated as the main topic to „The Conditions of Arbitration and Mediation – Development or Recession?“ The honorary patronage over the 2020 Nowy Tomyśl conference was taken by the President of the Republic of Poland H.E. Andrzej Duda.
